Dealer Floorplan Financing Legislation

President Obama, in late 2010, signed legislation that will further support and enhance the federal loan program to support auto dealerships. The legislation raises the limit, to $5 million, of guaranteed loans that will be made available to the thousands of dealerships around the country.
